I'm a couple of weeks behind, but my baby boy turned 4 this month!!! I was looking through his baby pictures, and just can't believe how big he's getting. Look at that tiny body - and the dark hair! 
He's been such an awesome little buddy and addition to our family. Happy Birthday little man! I love you.

Good old "Family Fun" magazine for the pirate cake...I've had that page clipped out since Ellie was 3, hoping I could make it someday for my little boy. I got my chance this year with
my pirate, dinosaur-loving Miles. Thanks for all of the great comments! (It's MUCH easier to make than it looks.)
Holy Cow Erin! I told you that you were an awesome mom!! Not only are you great at parenting, but you make your own cakes too!! How many hours do you have in a day?? I think God has given you more than the usual 24 hours that the rest of us have either that or you never sleep!!
Just precious! I'm extra emotional today and seeing these pictures made me cry. Even after 6 children by birth and now adopting our 11th child I am still in awe of how precious a life is. God bless you on this adoption journey.
